The hired professionals will be considered as off-limits while they remain in the customer company, regardless of deadlines. This means that the executive will not be searched for recruitments headed by the consulting company within the period during which the contracting party remains as an active customer. The companies that will be considered as such will be the companies that have used the Passarelli's services in the last 12 months.
